Gazenergie
Gazenergie, the Association of the Swiss Gas Industry (VSG), was founded in 1920 and is strongly committed to the utilisation and production of both natural gas and renewable gases in Switzerland. With over 90 members representing local gas supply companies, the association strives to ensure a secure, economical and environmentally responsible gas supply. The VSG invests in research and development, supports sustainable projects such as biogas plants and actively promotes the integration of gas into the Swiss energy infrastructure in order to promote a sustainable energy future.
The aim of the project was to create a website that aims to raise awareness of gas energy. In addition, it should help to further publicise the topic.
New landing page with gamification for Gazenergie
In cooperation with our design partner Rosarot, we have realised a user-friendly landing page for Gazenergie that focuses on gamification. This page is characterised by a clear and appealing design and features a simple swipe game that informs users about the benefits of biogas in an entertaining way. The intuitive interface encourages interaction and facilitates understanding of the topic, with the main objective being to increase user engagement through the competition.

Interactive element
For the win-biogaz.ch website, we implemented a key interactive element to maximise user engagement: a swipe game. This game asks users to differentiate between organic and non-organic waste, teaching them about recycling and the environmentally friendly handling of waste in a fun way. This gamification strategy not only increases interaction on the site, but also raises awareness and understanding of the importance of biogas.
Visual design
The visual design of the website was created by our design partner. It is modern and user-friendly, with a fresh and clear layout. The energetic green colour, which thematically matches the biogas context, is combined with clean, white backgrounds and easy-to-read fonts. A structured arrangement of content ensures intuitive navigation, while interactive elements such as the swipe game are visually emphasised to encourage user interaction.

Responsiveness was a key element in the development of the new landing page for Gazenergie. We took great care to ensure that the site was not only functional but also visually compelling across different devices such as desktop computers, smartphones and tablets. Our goal was to design a website that flexibly adapts to different screen sizes to provide a consistently high-quality experience for all users.
