The UNIA trade union is Switzerland’s largest employee organisation. It campaigns for fair working conditions, social protection and strong employee rights in numerous industries. With a nationwide presence, it is an important point of contact for questions relating to labour law, advice and trade union involvement – both for individuals and entire industries.

SEA – Efficient Google Ads campaign for the UNIA unemployment insurance fund
ONELINE supported UNIA in raising digital awareness around the topic of unemployment. Targeted Google Ads campaigns reached people who wanted to find out about unemployment benefits – e.g. with search queries such as ‘RAV registration’ or ‘help with unemployment’.
Thanks to strategic keyword selection and ongoing optimisation, above-average click-through rates were achieved after just a few months.
The campaign delivered impressive results and a good balance between reach and budget – with potential for further expansion to additional locations such as Ticino.
