Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate programs are in my opinion one of the most effective and safest online marketing measures to strengthen awareness and sales. Here you can decide whether you want to pay per click, lead, or sale. You register your website with one of the countless affiliate programs and define your rules and goals. In addition to the advertising guidelines, you write your program description and mention all the positive features of your product or service. Explain why affiliates should promote your program and what your goals are.
Affiliate costs
With most affiliate programs you don’t pay any setup costs, but you have to pay a credit for your commissions in advance. This credit is only used when your targets, such as leads or sales are released by you.
Affiliate Advertising
After you have created your program, you can create your advertising material and make it available to the program. You can use banners, texts, ad texts, popups and much more to promote your program. It is better to provide the affiliates with more ads, so that they have a wider choice.
Affiliate Start
Your affiliates will see your program profile and then apply to you. Even if you don’t sell anything, you will have far more visitors on your site than with ordinary marketing activities. By linking your advertisers, you automatically get backlinks on your site.
With affiliate programs, you already have your own people promoting for you, but you only pay them when you are successful, i.e. when you make a sale.
Preparations
In order for your affiliates to be ready for your release, you need to do the above beforehand. I recommend you to plan at least one month for these steps. Also I recommend you to use only sales or lead programs, because here all the website visitors are free.
However, you have to plan the start of the program before your release, because the affiliate partners also need time to integrate the advertising material, send newsletters or integrate your product data. It’s best to ask your program manager how long it usually takes.

Voucher & Reward Marketing
In my online marketing career, I have already participated in and managed several campaigns and promotions. From all campaigns I could draw an important conclusion that voucher campaigns are successful in 9 out of 10 campaigns. Of course, the whole package must also fit, but it is clear that customers are very price-sensitive and discounts are very appealing.
Voucher on store thank you page
No other visitor is more important than the one who converted to a customer and made a purchase or used a service. For this reason, you also want to see this hard-fought customer again soon. You can do this, for example, with a coupon on the thank you page or on the order confirmation email.
Coupon value
Voucher in packages
In addition to the thank you page and the order confirmation email, you can use your postal packages as a vehicle for coupon promotions to turn customers into returning customers. Here you can easily insert a flyer with your coupon code and send it along. Here I also recommend to limit the validity of the voucher to 2-3 weeks.
Premium marketing
In addition to a value voucher, rewards can also mean added value and thus attract customers. For example, you can add a bonus for each order in the month of February. I recommend you to choose a valuable premium depending on the price range. You can mention the value and the bonus in a big way in your promotional materials, because customers should know that they are getting an added value.
Such actions usually increase the sales figures. For this reason, I recommend you to use such promotions in months when there is rather a “lull”. In general, you need to keep such actions rare, because otherwise your customers get used to such actions and also wait until you come again with a new action.
Multi-Level Marketing
Surely you know the classic multi-level marketing and maybe you have tried your luck in it yourself. Usually you have to buy certain product lines and sell them yourself. In addition, you have to expand your sales network so that you can generate additional passive income.
The disadvantages are that you usually have to invest a lot of money and time to become really successful. For this reason, I thought about how to apply this strategy to online business and so my personal Multi-Level Online Marketing was born.
Multi-Level Online Marketing
Let’s assume that you run an online store with various sports products. You could, thanks to the experience you gained from this book, increase your sales enormously and you also have your “groupies” who love your products. In my opinion, you should always reward this loyalty, because these people are your indirect advertisers.
In online marketing, as you surely know, there are several bonus point systems that give you points when you subscribe to a newsletter, refer a friend or anything else.
However, most customers always have money in mind as their motivation – either save money or earn money.
So you can create a personal coupon code for your loyal customer, let’s call him Toni (Toni-Müller-10), where he will get 10% discount on every order. He can also share this code and thus do something good for his friends by giving them 10% discount as well. For this recommendation you can credit Toni with 5% of the shopping cart value of his colleagues. This way you turn customers into sellers at the same time. Toni will now actively recommend your products because he will be rewarded for it. This is similar to affiliate marketing, except that customers become “sellers”.
