Focus on growth
At the beginning of the year, we decided to relocate our online marketing agency office and moved to a larger and more modern location in September 2022. This step was very important for us to be able to meet our growing requirements and to offer our employees even better working conditions.
Indeed, growth was a strong focus this year. We welcomed a total of seven new ONELINERS to our team over the course of the year and are thus even better positioned to offer our customers high-quality services.

Projects and our Daily Business
In addition to the move, we were also able to successfully implement numerous web projects. These included web projects for FUJIFILM, Hüsser & Palkoska, gutschlafen.ch, Gefra. PET, Zahnärzte Heimberg and not to forget our own homepage. We are very proud of these collaborations, where we were able to revise and optimize the online presence of our clients.
This year, we were able to use Digital Koala for Porsche Schweiz AG. With Digital Koala, Porsche can create individual sales brochures for its customers in seconds and renew them automatically.
Besides the projects, we cracked the +1 million generated leads and sent +300 newsletters. In addition, we welcomed 60 customers to our Win4Win campaigns and delivered several 15,000 generated leads per campaign for their newsletter marketing.
This year, we were able to add a new animal to our ONELINE Zoo. In addition to the Checkout Panda, the Selling Weasel, and the Digital Koala, we now also have the Auto Monkey on board.
Auto Monkey is a tool that not only makes distribution much easier, but also lets it run fully automatically. Read more here.

Events with ONELINE
OMR – Online Marketing Rockstars
Another highlight was certainly our participation in the OMR – one of the largest conferences for online marketing in Germany. We attended with the entire team and were able to gather many interesting impressions, learn new things and gain valuable insights into the latest trends and developments in online marketing.
The Online Marketing Rockstars Festival (OMR Festival) is an annual event specializing in the digital marketing industry. It is held in Hamburg, Germany, and brings together industry leaders, experts, and practitioners from around the world to discuss the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online marketing.
Since it is an annual event that takes place, it is also an event that the ONELINE will attend annually.
ONELINE KINOEVENT – Avatar : The Way of Water
A huge highlight was of course our ONELINE KINOEVENT. Blue drink, avatar, good mood, wonderful people, Pathé VIP Experience, absolute perception explosion, and having “chat” – that was the motto for the evening.
In the VIP area of the Pathé Spreitenbach, we had the opportunity to enjoy the film in an exclusive atmosphere with 117 partners and customers. We also took the opportunity to talk to each other in real life.
For such an event, some preparations had to be made. So we created a landing page with exclusive access to the registration for our guests. (With the code ONELOVE2022 you can also get to the registration). To keep the excitement going, we also had exciting, informative, and fun newsletters to entertain our guests with. On site, there was a wonderful aperitif with snacks à discrétion.
As of 2021, we invited our customers to our cinema event in 2022 to thank them for their cooperation and to look forward to a continued partnership in the future.
Of course, we wanted to capture the whole evening on video, so that we would not forget the beautiful moments so quickly.
ONELINE = ONELOVE

In addition to our projects and further training, we have of course not neglected the social interaction in our agency. We believe that a good working atmosphere is essential for the motivation and performance of employees.
That is why we have also organized numerous team events and leisure activities to strengthen the community.
So we eat pizza together every Thursday, update each other at our weekly stand-up meetings, go to the gym together, take a trip to Hamburg together and go bowling & partying together now and then.
But that’s only a fraction of what makes our team what it is. We understand each other on many different levels, which leads to our team spirit becoming stronger and then also improves the quality of work.
Online Marketing – das ist unsere Passion

It was a year full of learning and growth for our online marketing agency. We have constantly trained ourselves and expanded our know-how in various areas. This included internal training as well as external training and conferences.
An important focus was also the collaboration with other companies and industry experts. We believe that you can always learn from others and inspire each other.
Overall, we look back on a very successful year and are grateful for the many great projects and the opportunity to work with so many interesting people. We look forward to the coming year and all the new challenges it will bring.
